Set category for tickets

Sets the category for tickets to move to when made.

>setcategory Channel ID

Tickets will not work without a set category.

Who should see your tickets and be able to close them?

Set a role to see your tickets such as support team.

>setrole roleID

Add users to tickets?

Staff can add users to the ticket if needed
